Here it is ... stand alone ECU for the CR-Cummins

We are really going to see parts breaking now. We'll actually be able to make the power we are now at 5K or more.

Single or multiple injection event? Logging capability? Could it handle transmission control?

I have multiple events ... that means I have pre-injection for a curtain rpm range ... normally I turn pre-injection off by 1500 rpm; in the higher rpm's we need any time to atomize the fuel. We use the pre-injection for quieter engine run.

No post injection, which increases EGT's and lowers emissions, I do not care about emissions :hehe:

We had an 4L80E tranny running in the mustang which had his own controller. As long the tranny controller has a SAE J1939 protocol I might be able to do something. Usually in my applications, we run slipper clutch with drop box and direct drive, manual clutch and liberty 5 speed, etc ... I like to try something new ...

Hope it helped ...

BTW: Prices ==> will be announced

Everyone Happy Thanksgiving ... going for dinner with my friends. I will answer your questions tomorrow ... Thanks and have a great day with your family!!!

Cool! Glad to see it's out there as the last of the parts for my second test CR engine showed up this week. Let's talk prices!

Im very interested in how this goes too... this could be my answer to my issues with my race truck

I'm still wondering if this unit will allow absolute normal daily operation for an auto street truck..

Dont know yet, I hope so. I have some ideas for Volker, as for now the truck for testing is an auto but with a manual valvebody.
As to burned pistons, the fact that we can now push harder than we ever have i'm affraid its still a real problem to deal with until we learn more with tuning. I'm sure Volker has plenty of great tuning skills.
