Would it be possible to run two HE351Ve off a 6.7 feeding into a big turbo while still being able to use the exhaust brakes in a triple turbo set up?

Im alittle new to building tractors but could the 666 with the 312 motor make a good hot farm or even a super farm with a turbo if one can be added. Or should I just go with a 1066?Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

Ive got a Garrett 66 turbo. Measures 66/71/19. Never been used still in the package, no shaft play. Was going to put it on my truck but sold the rig, now somethings have come up just need to get ride of it. Would make an excellent 2.6 class turbo. $500 and both turbo and down pipe are yous. Thanks

Ive got a BARE 95 short block with internals. It does not have a turbo, head, pump, etc. $300 takes it. Its got 150k on the ticker and ran when we took it out of a 95 2500. Its just alil dirty. Located at Whiteman AFB,Mo but I drive back to Gratis, OH on a regular basis. Thanks for looking
