just curious i have an edge juice with attitude on my 01 cummins. does does this box add timing? ive heard both yes and no.

When it is below 30 degrees outside and i start my 24 valve, the injection pump makes a strange noise even if it is pluged in. After about 45 seconds it quits making the noise and is normal again. Should i be concerned??
