My glow plug relay hasn't been working for a couple years and I've been doing some repairs and thought I would replace it. Truck was bought new in California and apparently has a different relay. I have a fuel leak and it has gotten worse, to the point where it's dripping on the ground. I read a previous thread about leaking from drain and mine doesn't seem to be leaking from there. Its not the filter cause its dry up top. Any where else it could be leaking from?

2000 with a bully dog chip, in the last few weeks when getting up to speed it has started surging when I accelerate. This is with no load and on flat terrain, it's done this before pulling a trailer up hill but not all the time. Any help would be appreciated.

If it's cold outside, 40 or below and I don't plug my truck in its very hard to start and white smoke pours out of it. When I plug it in it starts fine, could I have a bad glow plug? I didn't think I really needed to plug it in unless it was really cold out.
