I bought an 07 with a bad 5.9. Previous owner removed the head and injection system. I ran across a 6.7 out of a FedEx truck. Can I run this motor with my 5.9 electronics?

I ran across a great deal on an 07 Mega Cab. It's a 6 speed manual. The motor has been partially parted out. The head, injectors, CP3, and turbo are all gone. All that's left is basically the short block. I found a complete 03 motor that needs a rebuild. Would I be able to use this in the 07 or...
