Well the first thing I do is measure the CCD + and CCD - pins to ground and you should have 2.49 and 2.51 volts. So now I would systematically start removing devices off the CCD Bus by unplugging them looking for the Bus voltage to return. You might have a cluster issue being all the codes are present so if you unplug the cluster and the voltage returns then your cluster is bad. If you want give me a call in the evening. (208) 628-3645
