Hows the 66/71/14 on the street and pulling? I might buy a truck if its still for sale....stock turbo but has suncoast tranny, 4gsk, 60# valve springs, custom plate, 270 marine injectors and 181 or 191 dv's.
Not that I own a 24V but all the posts I searched for were dated 06-07, anyone tackle it yet? Anyone electrical engineers here or know the science behind it? Just wondering?
I was trying to find out on here but couldn't get answers besides what gear ratio would go good with 37's but its a daily driver that I'll have a 6" suspension lift on, what are the pros and cons. Or should I go 3" body and 3" from springs and add-a-leaf?
I am picking up a truck on Tuesday that I bought, it won't go above 60mph and its at 2200rpm at 60mph. Is this torque converter or TPS sensor? If its the sensor how do I check it and fix it?
Looking for a 96-98 (if not the 53 block) 12 valve. Must be ext cab and 4x4, I will be commuting pretty far to work soon and can't afford 13 mpg hwy in my gasser trasher. PM what you have thank you!
Basically, what is your opinion on buying a set of compounds of off an eBay based company. They have good feedback but wondering how'd they be for a daily driver and local sled pulls.

Close to getting a 1997 12 valve 4x4 5spd manual, plan on plowing, sled pulling and drag racing as well as a daily driver. What would be the best turbo for now and then later use it as the primary charger? I'm thinking aurora 3000 but hearing bad things so maybe industrial injection.
