Bought a used gauge and can't locate the instructions online. Looks like two wires connect to the factory rail pressure signal wires. Anybody know which ones go to which? What's the easiest location to tie into the signal? Thanks a bunch.

Fixing the rust on the 01 and driver side is too far gone for my liking. Replacement can have minor rust or scratches. Preferably black in color.

...........the one behind the turbo that's not easy to get to. It was leaking and I stopped it by tightening the hose clamp a little more, but I'm wondering if I should just replace it. It looks like it has some sort of foil insulation around it. Where do I find this stuff? 5/8", 3/4"?

friends truck got struck by lightning and suspect ecm and pcm are both fried. cannot get it to display codes, just NO BUS. will locate an OBD scanner to pull codes. does the VIN or anything have to be programmed in or can you just swap the ecm/pcm from a donor truck?

How do I tell which sensor is bad? The light clears when I turn off the truck to check codes. Sometimes the speedo jumps around when the light comes on. Is it safe to assume it's the rear sensor?

Anybody know what range pot I need to put in series with the IAT to get rid of timing jerk? Haven't started looking yet, but something that is adjustable from 0 to whatever 150+ degrees would be would be great. Or can anybody just tell me the resistance range of the IAT sensor? Thanks.

Cruising down intersate at 70mph, empty trailer behind me. Then this. Any ideas? This is the small main shaft gear, first one inside the box behind the input. 5th gear (I think, last gear on main shaft in tail housing) also had a broken tooth. Ordered a reman from midwest trans today.

Will it work? Can I make it work if I swap parts from my 2001 model (broken).

Pulled the adrenaline to send off for firmware update. I expected a CEL, but wow the truck feels worse than driving a chevette. Is this what they call "limp mode?" I'm too lazy and it's too cold out to put the harness back to how it should be. Surely it'll be ok to drive for a week like...

Replaced it a few months ago with a LSD unit. It is from a 2001.5, ergo disc brakes. Rotors need replaced. I pulled the cover off this winter and a carrier shim had been ate up a little, so it likely needs rebuilt. It's sitting on a pallet. Have a skid steer with forks available to load it...
