I've had a 62/71/14 turbo with 5x14 injectors with 10 thou pintle lift on my truck for a long while but its always been a little smokey with a little lag. I've changed the turbo for a 62/65/12 and now it pulls well hits a flat spot (almost like a rev limiter) then powers on again do you think...

I'm runnng 5x14's with 10 thou lift a 62/71/14 phat shaft. 10 plate, I've taken 90 thou off the rear of the AFC foot, boost is around 38psi afc set around mid way, SAtarwheel & 'smoke screw' adjusted. The problem I have is controling smoke, Am I missing something or do you think I need to step...

Do all 12v have the same fittings for the turbo pipe? I ask because I'm fitting a Super phat shaft 62 and the hole in it is smaller than the fitting. My hose that apeared stock has the same size fitting on both ends. the hole in the Turbo is M12x1.5

I've fitted a phat shaft & ATS 3 piece manifold, I had to dent the pipe a little to get clearance. now when the pipes fitted its no where near the return in the sump, Am I missing something? if I have a flexible line made up what is the smallest pipe I can use & still keep a good return flow?
