04 Axle swop

Hey Guys, anyone fitted a 04 axle into a second gen 2500? will it fit? I know the e brake will need a bit of working, but are the springs in the same location?

The front supposedly just bolt right in but the rear will not bolt right in without modify/replace brackets (you could rob the brackets from your current axle).

The e brake thing will be least of my concern. There's ways to make this to work, either by modify nor possibly get different ones from 3rd gens.

You'll lose the RWAL sensor on this conversion, so plan accordingly.
