While rebuilding the race truck that broke the cam at TS, I decided to take the old driver to Maple Grove yesterday :badidea:. The 3rd time run cut a great light .018 ran 15.09 and dumped all the trans fluid on the track! Another truck to work on!

Adjusted timing to 18* per instructions in tech area. Truck now hard to start has no throttle control and shutdown solenoid does not stop engine. Does not run away just no control. Had top of AFC off, timing plugs and front cover to do KDP. So how did I screw it up? Seemed easy enough.

92 W-250 30 spine Dana 60 Are replacement parts available? If not what replacements are best? Is the Warn 38826 the correct replacement part? I have to order it and don't want the wrong part if I go that direction. My first choice would be repair the stock unit.

96 12V, Stock 180 P pump with AFC mods and 4K GSK, 66/74 Turbo 4" exhaust to a 6" stack, Trucks primary purpose will be bracket racing with occasional street use. There's a set of 5X.025's in the classifieds, would these be to much fuel or to big for the pump? How about just tips on the stock...

Truck runs fine to 10 psi boost then lays down runs real rough and puts out black smoke. Has 4000 rpm gov. spring, 60 cm/sq compressor in turbo. Fuel plate removed. 4" exhaust turbo back. Checked intercooler boots, not dumping boost there. This combo has made 40+ lb of boost, no changes made.
