Has anyone run either of these with stock injectors?

I am considering running the Industrial Injections Phat Shaft 62 with 190’s. If anyone has run this would you please chime in and let me know your thought. My truck is used as a daily driver, towing an 8500-pound boat and needs to remain reliable.

My truck is listed in the signature. It runs great and get about 17-mpg on the road. I am working on finding a combinations of Turbo/Injectors that will still allow me to tow and get decent mpg on now towing. I would like to make around 500-hp and still have a truck with great street manners...
