Engine looks great, I would bet money the #6 injector hydrolocked that cylinder and bent your rod must have been a lot of fuel in there.
 
Thanks. Thats the only exception I could come up with as well. It had to have been right at the tdc on #6 when I tried to start it that morning because it cranked all the way over. Just had a hard time getting it started and smoked white when it did. When I sent the injectors to Mike one had a broken spring and two more were leaking. Truck always started fine before that morning.
