03 dmax shakes when at idle

ok, this bugs me...its been doing this for quite some time...the truck shakes bad enough that i could make chocolate milk in the cupholder! no codes, no idiot lights...no anything..just shakes....truck is a 6spd dump truck....o and its a company truck..lol any ideas?

What size truck? Six speed as in ZF6 or 6 Speed Allison?

Has the Dual Mass flywheel been replaced? That would the first place I would look. They come apart after time an cause all kinds havoc. I trashed a couple before I went to a solid flywheel.

nice...lol no, its all stock...its my work hot rod. fortunately if thats the case....well...its not even mine! hahaha would explain the rattle noise too...lmao
