04 LLY with injector issues??

My 04 LLY truck with 128k has ruined 2 injectors now. i had them all out when we were putting head studs in a couple months ago, shortly after like a week later one of them went to leaking then this past sunday :doh: another started leaking. the check ball was missing from the weep hole on both of em. any body else had any issues like this?

??? are you meaning the copper washer? the check ball is in the injector body. Copper washer is there and o ring

I mean the little puck you have a chance to lose when you remove the nozzle from the inj body.

are you sure that this is a weep hole?

Looks to me like a blow out port to prevent the injector body from breaking in an overpressure situation.
