05 wants to overfuel

I hooked to an NH3 this a.m. When I pulled up to a stop sign, I had to hold the brake because the truck wanted to keep moving. It blows some black smoke when taking off from stop sign, like it is overfueling. If I put the truck in neutral or park, idle is normal. It also seems to run a little over 200 degrees when driving down the road. Any ideas? Thanks.
 
I have a P0483 code which fan speed. In gear the truck wants to go fast and have to keep foot on pedal. When I go to neutral or park the rpms will jump to 1200 and then idle back down. Truck acts like it is under a load when in gear.
 
I will see if that shows up on my scanner. That is exactly what it acts like. What controls convertor lockup?
 
Can my BD overdrive lockout box cause any problems with convertor lockout?
