06 mega idles funny when warm

I just bought this truck, new to the common rails. It's bone stock, never had a tuner or anything, stock exhaust. 230k Miles all original parts except for the FCA which I just replaced to try and fix this problem. I've been searching and searching but all I've come up with is it may be the FCA but I just replaced it with no effect. It's hard to describe what it's idling like so I took a video. Sounds like a loose flex plate bolt or a starter not returning properly

Not the rattling it's almost loping toward the end of the video

Never throws any codes? Is there any way you can get a scanner on it to see what actual and desired rail pressure are?

No codes, I guess I'll take it somewhere I just don't want to get screwed by the local shops
