Does it have the hitch? If I remember, it had a hydraulic steering setup removed from the prior owner; are all the factory steering parts in tact? Are the windows operable?

Yes it has a hitch setup on it. There is not steering but has steering box in the cab to be reinstalled and hooked up to steering column. Windows have the tracts but no motors installed
