Am I a complete idiot or will the relocation bracket for the tack pickup that comes with a fluidampr not work on a 12v? I have tried this thing sideways, upside down, right side up, forward, backward, everything, and it doesn't fit anywhere in any of the front cover holes. I can't figure it out.

Thanks,

Craig

I know a few guys that did on 2nd gens and didnt have issues. Maybe the 1st gen kit is different and you got the wrong kit?

Lowest bolt replaces the one through the timing case to the block on the driver side, the other replaces a cover bolt.

I got it figured out about twenty minutes ago but I still had to do a bit of grinding on the bracket because my pickup clearance was too tight. It worked out though.

I tried flipping the bracket around but the clearance was way too large.

I didn't have any issues when installing mine. Just bolted on, plugged in and was ready to roll after getting the spacing correct.

Yeahh, I probably made it a lot harder than it should've been. Idk... it's on now so I'm not going to worry about it. haha
