12v cam removal

We've got all the tappers up, fuel pump out, retainer out, and something is holding it from coming out? Are we missing something?
 
My initial thought was lift pump. But with that being out there should be nothing else unless a tappet fell.

After being a 24v guy for so long the damn lift pump kicked my butt for about 30 minutes when I did my cam swap LOL

Haha that's why I asked if you get any play at all. My crank/rods interfered. I had the pan off when I did mine, made it a lot easier!
