have way more pics, will post some later. not too bad to start on it from a frame in December 2012 and drive it to thoroughbred dyno day in the fall, plus work all week.

Truck looks awesome! Im attempting to drop a 12v in my 2wd puller. How hard was the swap? Wat all did you have to strengthen/change?

it was pretty easy, the 5.9 sit right in the 318 front mounts using the 1st gen engine mounts, I used the diesel cross member and just drilled new holes where I needed it. well I measured the frame and the 84 frame was the same height and thickness of the 90 3/4 ton truck so I left it as is. I did use the 3/4 ton front springs, and van lower control arms to get the ride height. I did use moog problem solver ball joints. you will need the 1st gen core support so you can fit the bigger radiator. I used all the harnesses and dash outta the 90 model since it all just bolts up and I didn't have to custom make any harnesses. then have to have a driveline made that's about it.
