I am selling this truck for the owner. It is a 1989 GMC Suburban that originally was a City of LA water department truck. It then went to a hunting ranch as a hunting truck. The truck has 102,000 miles on it. The truck originally had a 350/350 NP208. This truck is rust free, and really straight. Only a few minor dings here and there, nothing real bad. The truck has a 6" lift with 35" BFG's and Mickey Thompson aluminum wheels. The tires have decent tread, but do have dry rotting in the side walls. Now for the good part. This truck has a 5.9 Cummins Diesel in it. All parts but the transmission came from a 1992 Dodge W250. This truck has many, many, new parts. The 92 Dodge had 180k on it, but the odometer was inop, when the parts were removed for the swap. Here are some details on it.

Engine

1992 5.9 with reman injection pump, KDP tabbed, new front seal with wear sleeve, new rear main seal with wear sleeve, any gasket that was leaking got replaced, and the engine has no leaks.

Has new 5x.012 Injectors
Denny T Stage 2 Fuel Pin
3200 Gov Spring In injection pump
Timing advanced
WH1C with 12cm exhaust housing

Transmission
1995 47RH rebuilt and upgraded by Certified Transmission in NE Iowa
Billet single disc torque converter from Diesel Performance Converters

Transfercase
NP205 from 1992 Dodge

Front axle
D60 from 1992 Dodge with new tie rods. U-joints are greasable and are tight and in great shape. 3:54 gears, has new pads and rotors have been replaced recently.

Rear axle

D70 from 1992 Dodge with new wheel seals, brakes and springs have been replaced recently as well. 3:54 gears with limited slip

The truck has 4 auto meter gauges on the dash, and all the stock gauges work as well. The auto meter gauges are:
Boost, Pyro, Tranny Temp and Diesel Tach

The interior is tan cloth. Rear seat is very nice, front seat is really nice, but has a couple small tears in it. Carpet is light brown and is in decent shape. The headliner is half done with diamond plate aluminum.

The truck has had a lot of upgrades including custom built engine mounts with poly isolaters, front cross member and engine cross member, steering box from a 1992 Dodge, steering box brace on the frame, new diesel 40 gal fuel tank, has energy suspension poly trans mounts, rear drive shaft has new Spicer 1410 u-joints, front drive shaft has new cardinal joint, slip joint, and front yoke, new aluminum 3 row heavy duty radiator, heavy duty transmission cooler, aluminum skid plate under front bumper to protect trans cooler, Intercooler from 92 Dodge, Auto World A/C compressor brackets, new A/C compressor, resealed Vac pump, has 3" down pipe with new 4" exhaust straight pipe with 5" chrome tip, custom drag link, 4" steering block, 12,000lb winch with winch bumper, steel bumper in rear with receiver hitch, $15,000 OBO PM with questions.
