1996 fummins transfer case help 47re

I have a 1996 f250 and I want to put the dodge transmission in it but I don't know to get my four wheel drive up and working. Can I somehow put my ford transfer case back on the 47re. I need help with this I'm really stick on the whole thing. Probably already been answered but I was just wondering if I could get any help. The motor is behind a 12v cummins.

Advance adapter sells the kit you need to adapt the ford tcase to the dodge transmission.

if your 96 is anything like the gasser one i had you could just use a 94 up dodge t-case as i recall those year fords don't have any sensor wiring going to them anyway

So I could use a 97 dodge t case. I thought the shaft was on the opposite side as the ford.

Both are on the drivers side.
