I'm looking for some things for an 89-93 truck. In particular a set of cab clearance lights, tachometer (factory) and a 91-93 grille with letters.

Good luck on the factory tachometer, like finding hens teeth! The rest of your list contact Mark Nixon on here. Good dude with lots of gen I parts.
 
apparently auto meter makes a tach that looks similar to the factory dodge ones. it wires up to the alternator with a sending unit that is hose clamped down. its not show truck worthy but itll do the trick.
 
I have a factory tach complete with all wiring and sensor/mount. came off my early 91.
