2.6 Smooth bore class

Wondering if any clubs will be running this class in 2017. Or, 2018? I have seen some talk of turbos being tested. Are any sanctioning bodys going to pick up this class? And finally, does anyone have rules for these classes?

Cotpc and ppl western series will be 2.6 sb for 2017, and from understanding b.o.b will be for 2018
