20,000km on new motor

alright I've got 20,000km on my new motor and was woundering if there any thing I should check, I change the oil every 3000 km with lucas addtive, I did 4 retorques in the first few mounths and check the valves lash a couple times too. is there anything I need to check?

Damn 3000km oil changes? Your used oil is probably still good to put in my 1st gen haha. What are the next upgrades for that truck or is it done for awhile?

I always used to see it on my way home when I worked at the shipyards.

after 3000km the oil is worse than my buddys truck (stock) that change's after 6-7000 km, and I'm working in buraby now, funny thing were ever I go some knows were I worked or live I guess it sticks out a bit :hehe:
