Motor Mods:
Fluids Damper, Melling LPOP, BTS Twin High Pressure Oil Pumps, DI Performance Push Rods, Comp 910 Valve Springs, ARP Head Studs, 355cc Swamps Diesel Injectors, Hypermax T4i turbo mount kit, Swamps S476 3.0 Inducer turbo with a bushing for 2.8, Dave's diesel modified intake plenums
Just a week ago had New headgaskets installed, heads decked, manifolds planed, 2 new IPRS, new gaskets in the up pipes.
Fuel System:
Itp Diesel regulated return, ITP Diesel High performance delivery kit, with aeromotive A1000 pump, and 5/8 pickup.
Tuning:
6 position TS style chip with all custom tuning by swamp diesel.
Trans and clutch:
stock zf6 with cryoed input shaft.
South Bend Clutch 4200lb Iron Giant Dual Disc with full feramic disc's (10 Hooks on it)
Drive line:
Dana 60 front with 3.73 gears, detroit tru trac, manual lock outs
Dana 80 rear, 3.73 gears, with a heated and precision tig welded carrier
1480 yokes on rear end and transmission
1 piece rear drive shaft 4 inch diameter
Driveline loops front and rear
Suspension:
2 added leafs in the rear, adjustable suspension travel stops
front is a stock leaf spring set
1 and 7/8 .250 wall DOM traction bars
Gauges:
Autometer, ultra light boost, pyro, fuel pressure, oil pressure, shift light
Isspro HPOP in cab gauge
Home made HPOP gauge on cowl
Tires:
rear 285/75/16 Bfg at's also have factory front rims with bfgs
front 33-12.50-16 Interco STS"S on weld scorpios 16x8's
Extras:
Custom weight rack, pulling hitch, Optima yellow top battery's, air shut off, electronic shut off
Have back seat and back seat brackets still, and factory 2 piece drive shaft, and sway bars
If you have any questions just ask, I am sure i am forgetting some details as Ive owned the truck since 2002 and hard to think of everything
Truck has been in Diesel world, diesel power magazine, NADM Rule book front cover, and on TV on the out door channel.
