2002 Starting Issue

I let my truck sit a little too ling and went to start it and couldnt. Had two people try to jump it for me but it still wouldnt start. Both times it tried to start but when I cranked on it a little bit of smoke would come out from the truck. Any ideas what it could be? Still have power to the truck just some smoke and wont start

Temperature out side? How long is long? Glow plug relay working?

Its been anywhere from 20-60 for about the past three weeks it sat. and yes glow plug relay works
