For those wondering also jumped time while cranking and no rods were bent.
This was verified by checking each pistons TDC to measure for the headgasket and all were within .001-.003 thousandths.

-harmonic balancer bolts
-Cam Shaft
-Cam Lifters*
-Head Studs
-Head gasket
-Intake and Exhaust Valves
-Intake Manifold Gasket
-Exhaust Manifold Gasket

-Transmission was also flushed and new fluid added
And Im sure im forgetting a few things but do have all receipts for work done.*

-few scrapes on front bumper,
-one or two dings on passenger side door
-ding on roof
-CEL due to EGR valve being disabled to help keep intake manifold clean( can be taken care of with a flash or tune) Also could hook back if wanted.*
