2003 dodge ecm and wiring for conversion

I have a 2003 dodge ecm and wiring for a conversion. Was installed in my race truck and I upgraded to a 2006 ecm. Wiring is all complete and done.
was tuned with a SSR now it is returned to stock 6 speed manual.

You can install a 03 onto a 06 if you use the valve cover off the 03. I have the valve cover that I will through in the deal.

If you use a 03-04 ECM you must use the wiring from a 03-04 from the injectors to the ECM. The 06 has a different harness and injector wiring through the valve cover.

okay thank you thats what i needed to know. but 06 injectors will work in a 03 motor correct? sorry im dumb when it comes to CR
 
The electronic side of the injectors are the same but the spray pattern is different. You must use a 03 injector on a 03-04 motor. The 06 injector must be used on a 06 pistion because of the spray pattern mist match the pistion bowls.
