here is where the confusion lies.
Prior to the meeting on Tuesday, FPP was looking for a way to introduce the NADM 3.0 class into our program. Prior to the meeting it was thought highly unlikely that the RWYB guys would allow dual wheels for diesels in 2011. Thus we felt that IF we could get the 3.0 trucks into Pro Stock Diesel that we would have acheived our goal of getting this group of trucks a place to pull with USA-EAST.
now the meeting and the RWYB guys (after serious arm-twisting) are going to allow duals in RWYB as a test in the first half of 2011. so now the 3.0 trucks have a spot to pull with USA-EAST. and as a bonus they can even up size the charger if they want.
since the 3.0 guys now have a spot to hook with FPP in the RWYB class, there is NO need for them to come into the Pro Stock Diesel. SO THAT IDEA HAS BEEN SCRAPPED ENTIRELY.
NADM 3.0 trucks are NOT permitted in PRO STOCK DIESEL with USA-EAST in 2011.
NADM 3.0 trucks are welcome to pull with the RWYB class in 2011 wth USA-EAST, but they may not collect points due to the experimental nature of the arrangment.
FULL PULL PRODUCTIONS has no interest in forming their own 3.0 class. we will follow whatever rules are adopted by NADM for 2011.
