well I found the part number for anyone else interested in a sensor that can read to 31 kpsi, and swap right in to many cr's.

2012 duramax fuel pressure sensor, individual part number: 1261 1873.

shows as also coming if you order the whole fuel rail, which we don't need, didn't look at price.
