Does anyone else hate the fact that when it's colder out, these trucks instantly go to high idle when first starting? No grace period to build up some oil pressure, heat up the cylinders. Just glow plugs and boom, high idle. Then after a minute or two it slows down some. My 6L waited before revving up. Seems kinda bass-ackward to me.
