On the borg warner. I thought there was only 1 size. And unlike the 48re & g56 and others. Having different input shafts for auto to manual. I was under the impression the output on the 68 and the g56 was the same. Beings I was told I bought one from behind a 68 and it went behind a g56. No issues.
Now on the aisin I have no clue it may have a different output. I have no experience with them.

There is a tag riveted on the output side of the case. There is a big difference in strength between the 3. Dodge Ram Transfer Case Specifications

I know a guy that put a 2015 together from 2 or 3 trucks and had wiring issues.
One day he was driving it, when the electric clutch lost power. There he was, sitting in the middle of traffic and no movement whatsoever.
Long story short, after swapping the case out in a parking lot, with no results, he found a bad spot in a harness and fixed the issue.
My point? No power to the clutch, no motion and once again, another electronic nanny to control how you drive.
