Fully TIG welded twin turbo setup for 98-02 24 valve. Should work on 12 valve but may require modification of bottom turbo mounting bracket and oil drain. Does not come with manifold but was used with an ATS 3 piece.
Includes:
S300 62/68 .83 T3
S400 75/96 1.32 T6
Tial 44mm external wastegate
5" downpipe
3.5" hotpipe, ceramic coated black
3.5" cold pipe, 3" intercooler pipe, 5" intake pipe, all powder coated black
Modified coolant line
Oil feed and drain lines for both turbos
AFE air filter
All silicone boots, clamps, and v-band clamps needed
Long exhaust manifold studs
Approx. 10,000 miles on this setup, turbos and all parts were bought new.
Great running setup, was on my daily driver, tow rig, bracket racer. Truck ran 12.20's fuel only with this setup at 70psi boost and never saw over 1250*. Truck had a TST/EZ, HRVP44 (stock if I had to do it over), and mach 6 injectors.
The bad: The s300 needs a new turbine, it is chewed up due to dropping a valve seat.
The s475 is in perfect condition and was not damaged, I can provide pictures if need be.
