2ndgen d60 axle questions

Questions,

1 when are the axle shafts of my d60 going to break?

2 what shaft can I but that will eliminate the CAD with my stock 3.55 gears (guessing 30-31ish spline?) even if the CAD wont break, i'd rather just eliminate it. UNLESS, i have to go thru the BS of pulling the carrier to replace that iner seal if a 1 piece shaft requires a different seal

3 can I use a d70 1410 yoke to replace the 13whatever yoke that comes stock? I need to build a drive shaft to adapt to my np271 still, looking to build it 1410 so I can use 1 joint for the whole truck

1: I ran stock 32 spline axles as a unlimited single. Only broke 1 when the rear broke and nosed the truck over on the front.

2: 35 spline Moser in mine now


3: no clue
 
I switched to 35 spline when I rebuilt the front axle and put the Ford hubs on to get lockout hubs.

I got my one piece axle and seals from EMS Off-Road.

I have a Dana 80 rear axle so I can't help on the last question.
 
Ems one piece has a different seal. You knock out the bearing and seal and there's have one that goes on the end of the tube at the knuckle. Pretty slick set up and the axle is made by moser.
