I have a 2003 QCLB 4x4 5.9ho, 63/68/.91 divided t4, steed 2cnd gen manifold,120hp bms nozzles, studs, springs, UDC, fass 150,built trans,ect....
I have 35x12.50's and I have no intention of ever running a smaller/shorter tire.
would going from 3.73 to 4.10 make any difference in acceleration or help at all with spool-up?

With the torque these motors make it really won't make a difference. If you were towing heavy it would help.

if anything, it will make acceleration worse in lower gears as you won't "load" the turbo as much...

heavy towing would be the only reason to spend that kind of money to regear

I understand what you guys are saying, but most trucks I see at the dragstrip running 13's or faster have stock gearing with 32" to 33" tall tires for better et's.

we have similar setups..24v vs cr but....I wasted my moneys doing it. went from 355 to 410..was faster when it had higher gears. I tow heavy..regularly 26k heavy..still wish I had the 355. I got a tight converter so I thought I would work out but for me...It was the wrong direction...
