30 spline versus 35 spline dana 60

At what point (HP level) is it a good idea to go ahead and do 35 spline axles? I'm running a 30 spline moser one peice right side axle with a spool, but can't steer in the pits!! Going to do an eaton true track this winter and was thinking of going ahead and stepping to 35 spline for the future. Who has the best price on 35 spline inners? Thanks in advance.
 
It's a manual. Who's 35 spline kit do you recommend? Haisley, ems off road or ??
 
Who ever you can get cheapest.

I think branik has some, and he mods the knuckles to allow a little more clearance.
 
I run Moser 35 spline and have had zero issues. These axles shafts have stood up to bar tires
 
I have the ems setup, axles hubs drive flanges. I blew a ring and pinion apart this year in the front and no problem with the axles.
