3rd gen trackbar adapter issues

Anyone had a 3rd gen trackbar adapter start banging around on the stud from the frame mount, elongating the hole?
I had some noise under the cab and looked around and spotted it moving when the steering was turned.
Looks like just a new bolt wont solve the issue. The bolt is acting in place of a dowel, holding all that side to side load.

Suppose I could weld the @!#$!@#$ thing to the frame mount.

I had this happen, the conversation bracket was a total piece of **** and actually made my death wobble worse. The best move I made was buying a complete mount and adjustable track bar for $360 ish, the bracket had three mounting bolts and worked great. I wish I would have just spent the money on a quality part the first time
