46 #s boost on oem turbo

the other day I was showing off the truck and was surprised to get 46 pounds. Usually I can only max at 44. My turbo and tranny must hate me by now!:bow: :ft:
 
Yes, both probably hate you. Your turbo is probably past hatred and is looking fwd to a quick and painful death. Only then will it be out of its misery. :hehe:

Get you a tranny, and if you're out of money after that make sure you've got a Mastercard with enough credit left for a good turbo.

You'll be poor, but much happier. :hehe:
 
I have a 95 4x4 beater truck and it pushes 52 psi on a stock hx35/12. Waiting for it to go booooooooooooooooooom!!
 
I think the stock turbo will take that much boost for short periods, but won't last long if that is the normal boost that is hit.
 
HTS Tranny with billet shafts is on its way, till then I must be carefull
 
With water/meth the drive pressure may be about double. The hy turbo has one small waste gate hole. Something else may hating too.
 
Any of ya'll check your drive pressure? Better find a 0-100 guage because I don't think a 0-60 is going to cut it :hehe:
