47RE gov pressure duty cycle ?

Got a guy with an 01 2500, 47RE trans that was supposedly rebuilt 1000 miles ago. Drove fine for roughly 1000 miles then it started acting up. Truck is VERY slow to go into gear, and when it does go in, it feels very grabby when you load the motor up.

Hooked the scanner up to it and it had a 1693 code. I watched the data stream with the truck idling (will drive it tomorrow) and noticed that the desired gov pressure and actual pressure were both at 0, but the gov. duty cycle was anywhere from 75 to 99. Does this seem right?

I will try and drive the truck tomorrow to see what the pressures are doing at different speeds.

replace the governor pressure solenoid and governor pressure sensor. just went through this exact problem on my truck.
