Where's everybody getting the input gears for the Ford NP273s, to mate a 47RE to them? Wonder if a input from a Dodge 273 would work?

Yup...just get the input from a 273-D. I got mine from the dealer.

Whar spline count did your 273 have?

Mine? It's still in the truck mated to the stock 4r100. Not sure on that.
