4BT High EGT - Low Boost

Figure'd i'd put it in this section. My 4bt in my Dakota is having some high EGTs(1100-1200 pre-turbo) and low boost (5-10psi). When i first started driving it after the install, i would get around 20-25psi with 900-1000deg EGTs pulling hills.

I've noticed my coolant levels dropping slightly(not in oil or on ground). Checked over all the boots and hoses (no leaks). No shaft play in the turbo. The head was new when i put it on and was torqued down right.

Any ideas?

Jon, that's a cut down 6bt manifold on there right? Dumb question, but did you check that?

Need to do some more investigating, but it doesnt seem that way at the moment.
