4wd not engaging

03 ford 6.0, hubs are locked but when i turn the switch to 4x4 nothing happens. 4x4 light doesn't come on either. there's power at the switch and but no power at the shift motor on tcase. All fuses and relays are good also. Is there something else im missing or do i need to start following wires and look for a broken one? also nothing is corroded its all very clean.
 
There's a vacuum solenoid on the passenger side fender well. Pop the hood and walk around to the passenger fender like your going to look at the battery, look straight down about 6" behind battery, it has two hoses and an electrical plug on it.
 
Yea I no what your talking about, but that shouldn't matter the hubs are locked, no auto on this one.
 
I feel like a tard but I got it. Looked at my buddy's and realized there was another plug on tcase. His trucksl didn't have the skid plate on so I was able to see it. So I took my skid plate off found the plug and it came unplugged somehow.
