5000 rpm kit install help

I bought a 5000 spring kit to replace my 3000 springs. I finally got the motor all tore down and sent out so I thought I would tear into the pump again. The spring kit I got doesn't seem to just drop in place . My question is do I still use the largest dia. Spring on the oustide and just drop my new ones in or do I only use the 3 inside spring kit and do away with all other springs? Any help will be appreciated . And I will try to get some pics of the kit this morning .

remove all springs,the spring seat, and all shims

install the seat, and three springs provided in the kit

install the largest stock spring around it.

put the retainer on, cam nut, set to whatever you want

Who's kit is it? Th CDS kit I had only has two springs per side, and removes ALL stock springs and seats. It has a wear shim under both springs, and larger ID shims under the idle spring. The inner spring had one end painted yellow, that was to go down against the flyweight. Not sure what other brands are like.
