6.7 issue need help

My buddy has a 6.7l with a stage 3 modified cp3 and some bigger injectors. He is also running that edge juice and attitude for now. We recently installed an airdog 150 system on it and now his truck is coming back throwing 2 codes one of them being low rail pressure. Everything is good we have checked it and no lines are crossed and electrical is all good. The wierd thing is it trows these codes and then it has no difference in power from what i understand. Has anyone heard of this problem and possibly have any solutions or ideas for us to try out. Your help would be very much appreciated.

you need to get a scanner so you can check the HPLV pop off count. that would be my first guess
