6.7 rail and intake swap or crazy Carl's intake?

Stock 5.9 rail will give you upwards of 1000hp So if your asking about more flow stick with stock and use Carl's intake plate. What benefit in using the 6.7 rail and intake besides they are a bit bigger? I'd like to know! I have a couple sitting around!
 
I don't see how a 6.7 wouldn't flow better. The question is how much better and is it worth the money to you for whatever benefit it flows more
