Anyone actually tried to load a Smarty on a BlueTec truck?

Or know of someone that has?

Are u refering to using the Smarty for a 5.9........... if so it wont work. 6.7 ECU plays a different ball game compared to the 5.9
 
Yes - how do you know it won't work?

I know the BlueTec ECMs have larger capacity, but what is it exactly that makes them incompatible?
 
The smarty will ask for the trucks software id, if its not in smarty's databank then "unknown software" error message
 
... and I suppose there's no chance of S0-6 recognizing any 6.7L SW ID? :(
 
Not to try and change subjects again but I haven't been around in a while. I'm wondering what the status of the 6.7 smarty was?
