7.3 programmer

A friend of mine's brother-in-law has a 00 (i think its a 2000 but ill know for sure tomorrow) stoker and is looking for a better programmer then the hyper max he has now. I mentioned sct because it is really associated it seems more with powerstrokes,but since i dont know s*** when it comes to powerstrokes i figured id ask you all.

Custom tuned flip chip from any of the vendors, will be hands down, way better than the hypermax. DI, Tony Wildman, Dp Tuner, Beans, Swamps, Gearhead, Powerhungry Performance, and on and on. Do a search on here and you will come up with pages and pages.

Ok so instead get a flip chip? Ok. What does he have to worry about interms of pushing the limit of stock stuff? The truck mainly tows (sorry i should of said sumthing earlirt but internets been messed up) but he wants to have a lil fun as well
