Long story short, I had a positive (Winch) cable ground itself to the frame while starting.

Check gauges light came on, and alternator is acting like it isn't charging

May have fried the alt. I did it putting a battery in backwards one time

Make sure its getting the signal to charge. Had a buddies ecu think it was overcharging once. Unless dodges don't do that.

I had a positive cable come loose once and ground out on the frame, reconnected it and started the truck and the alternator wouldnt charge, no check engine light came on but i checked for codes and it had set off a soft code so i reset it and its worked fine since. Might try checking for codes

Check the fuseable link between the alt and the fuse box to make sure it isnt blown.

I don't have a pic but this may help. It says splice S115 is located at the left rear of the engine bay. The link will be between it and the passenger side battery.

All of It's good now.

I am retarded, and was using the multi meter on the Grid heater selenoid. I tightened down everything battery wise, and cleard all codes with my scan tool, and loaded a new EFI live tune, Now it fixed itself.
